no longer need to employ specialist staff, as all technical and legal
aspects are covered by our services.
Overview
Once you have decided that you wish us to process your payroll, the
next step is to complete the simple quotation request form. Having accepted
our quotation, we will send the appropriate documentation to enable
us to set-up the payroll details and then you will then receive a personalised
spreadsheet designed to make transferring your current employee's information
to us as simple and efficient as possible. Personalised time sheets
will then be sent to you for ongoing completion as appropriate, which
can then be e-mailed, faxed or posted to us for processing.
Turnaround is normally provided on a next day service, with all designated reports being emailed, faxed or posted.

Services
Our per payslip fee includes the following services:

The supply of time-sheets for employee payment data

Weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly or monthly payroll calculations (based on information provided on the time-sheets)

Calculations are made from gross pay details provided by you the client, or alternatively we can work on a 'Net to Gross' basis where required

All calculations concerning additions and deductions to gross pay ie. Tax, National Insurance (employers and employees), SSP, SMP, Holiday Pay, Working Family Tax Credits, Student Loans, Child Support Agency Payments, Pensions etc.

Detailed Security Payslips for each employee

Payroll Summary Report, detailing totals for gross pay, deductions, additions and net pay
- Monthly reports detailing your PAYE and NI liability

All reports provided as print-outs or electronically by e-mail

No charge for New Starters and Leavers up to 5% of company employees per year (excluding agency contract staff)

K Code calculations

All postage charges in connection with dispatch of payslips and reports.
